Founder and Principal Consultant, Sarah Shewan, CIPD has over 15 years of HR experience in banking, sports and manufacturing sectors.  Sarah is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is an HR Generalist with expertise including TUPE, Employee Relations, Change Management, People and Succession Planning, Restructures, Compensation and Benefits, Policies and Onboarding.  Sarah is also a Certified Trainer delivering Carbon Literacy training to companies and advising them on the path to Net Zero.
